TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Booking & Cancellation

All bookings are subject to availability. Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time to avoid cancellation charges.

2. Waiting Charges

We offer 45 minutes of free waiting time at the airport. Subsequent waiting will be charged at ₹100 per 30 minutes.

3. Tolls & Parking

Unless otherwise specified in your booking confirmation, standard tolls and airport parking charges are included in the fare. Any detours or additional stops requested by the passenger may incur extra charges.

4. Luggage

Passengers are responsible for their belongings. The company is not liable for any lost or damaged items during the journey. Please ensure you select a vehicle with adequate luggage capacity.

5. Right to Refuse Service

Our drivers reserve the right to refuse service if passengers are found to be heavily intoxicated, aggressive, or violating any local laws during the journey.
